About Mariel

A passion for photography while pursuing a degree in Multimedia

Mariel is 24 years old and a mother of two. So she has plenty of experience with photographing squirming children. She is currently on her 3rd year of college for her Multimedia degree at Portland Community College.

​

She has plenty of experience in Photoshop, Premier, and a large majority of Adobe software.

​

She is a kind, friendly, patient, and caring person who loves to help her clients meet their expectations for a beautiful portrait or project.

​

She does both outdoor and indoor shots, and can provide extra lighting.

Just want one or two nice photos? Well we can arrange something.

 

15 minute shoot with 2 favorite shots either natural editing or creative editing:  $40

Either outdoor (or indoor as long as it has good natural light source such as large window or check lighting equipment fee bellow) location of your choice within 20 or so minutes of studio location. Or you can have picture done on the black or white screen in my mini-studio.

​Extra's:

(If I have to transport)

Lighting equipment: (i.e softbox, umbrella light) $50.00 charge for entire shoot

Green/Black/White Screen with muslin: $50.00 charge for entire shoot

Extra lightly edited picture: $8.00

Extra creative edited picture: $10.00

​At the moment there are no sitting fee's for additional people

My rates are fairly low at the moment. There is a discount for those who allow me access to use the pictures for portfolio purposes.

* 1 location half hour shoot 5 favorite images with minimal editing and 2 creative edits:

$99.00

​* 1 location 1 hour shoot 10 edited images and 2 creative edits:

$150

​* 2 locations half hour per location (1 hour total shooting maybe a little more) 1-2 wardrobe changes, 15 edits and 2 creative edits

​$200

*2 locations with 1 hour shoot per location (2 hour total) 20 edited images with minimal editing and 3 creative edits:

$265

​If for some reason our shoot goes over the time limit, I won't be too picky nor will I charge extra unless it interfered with another shoot or one of my classes. I will be sure to communicate with you in advance if I have a shoot scheduled after. As many ward robe changes as you'd like just know it comes out of your time you have scheduled. But I will also be flexible.
